Quality Standard
- Surface defects, such as pits, sand holes, blowholes, and dents, should not exceed a diameter of 1mm. There should not be more than three defects on the same plane. The total count of surface defects should not exceed five, and the distance between any two defects should be at least 5cm.
- From a viewing distance of 30cm, there should be no obvious machining marks, scratches, or dents on the appearance surface. However, machining marks at the workpiece's joint are acceptable.
- For stainless steel weight: from a viewing distance of 30cm, a maximum of two pits or dark spots less than 1mm in diameter are permissible. Besides, the brushed pattern is random, and an uneven distribution of this pattern is considered normal.
- During the manufacturing process, minor machining marks on the corners of the brushed stainless steel weight and the glossy trim are unavoidable and are therefore considered normal.
- Minor or uneven gaps between the weight and the bottom case are considered normal.
- Inspection should be conducted from a normal angle. Defects that are only visible under certain angles or specific lighting conditions are not considered quality issues.
- Internal defects that cannot be seen after building are not considered quality issues.
